Returns & Exchanges

At Universal Jewelry, we want you to cherish your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original packaging and certification documents.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely place your jewelry in its original presentation box and include a copy of your packing slip inside a padded shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect and approve the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
